Having trouble with templates, saving images, or movie lists? Try these quick steps first.

Quick tips
  • Update the app to the latest version from the store.
  • Check that Photos and Camera permissions are enabled in system settings.
  • Make sure you have enough free storage to export collages in high quality.
  • If something looks wrong, close and reopen the app, then try again.

Privacy Policy

We keep your creative work on your device as much as possible and only collect the minimum data needed to improve the app.

Data we may collect

Photos & camera content are used only to create your collages and edited images. They are not uploaded to our servers unless a specific feature clearly states this.

Photos, Camera & Movie Data

  • Photos: Access is used so you can import pictures into templates and collages. Editing happens on your device.
  • Camera: Used for selfie or live photo features when you grant permission.
  • Movie & TV info: Titles, posters or metadata may be provided by third-party APIs (for example, TMDb or similar services). CoolCollage is not affiliated with any movie studio or streaming provider.

Your choices & rights

  • Disable analytics (if available in the in-app settings) or via your device’s privacy controls.
  • Change or revoke Camera/Photos permissions in your device settings at any time.
  • Contact us if you want to request deletion of support emails or related data.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page.
